Hey, I’m Arman Achmed, currently COO at XT Exchange and co-founder of Inedible Doll. Based in Beijing, frequently between Shanghai and Amoy, and connecting business across borders.

I’ve spent the last 8+ years in crypto and fintech, mostly on the exchange side: growth, marketing, partnerships, the whole go-to-market thing. Before XT, I was at Bitget and BitMart. Along the way I got to work on some fun stuff, from brand deals with Forbes, Juventus, Lionel Messi, and Galatasaray to building out communities across Asia, Europe, and North America.

This blog is where I write about the industry, things I find interesting, and the occasional opinion. Nothing too serious.
